Phoenix Douglas - illustrator

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, my journey as an artist began at an early age, deeply influenced by both my environment and my upbringing. Growing up with a father who was an illustrator, I was introduced to the world of art early on. He not only inspired me creatively but also taught me the foundational skills that shaped how I draw and see the world today.

By the age of five, I had already begun developing my passion for drawing, spending countless hours sketching, observing, and refining my craft. Over time, that passion evolved into a deeper love for storytelling through art.

Living in Los Angeles has also played a major role in shaping my creative

perspective. The city’s culture, diversity, and constant movement have

influenced my style and the stories I choose to tell. From character design to animation and short films, my work reflects a blend of personal experience, artistic foundation, and the inspiration I’ve carried with me since childhood.
